PHOTOGRAPHY 101

Be ready to fall in love with the art of photography. Be ready to rock your camera. Take your photography to the next level with this 4 session course designed to help you master manual exposure. You will learn how to meter in-camera and control your exposure and white balance while making informed decisions about ISO, shutter speed, and aperture in order to achieve your vision! We’ll spend time examining common exposure pitfalls and how to correct them, and we’ll engage in a variety of creative assignments which will give you the confidence you need to capture consistent and beautiful images. This class is a great fit for anyone who just got a new camera or who wants to improve their skill as a photographer. ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING

Learn the art of photography at your own pace. Understanding the Equipment: The Camera, Lens, Flash, Mastering Manual Exposure, Lighting, Composition, Perspective, Post Production, and Processing...whew! Call me to discuss your photography needs. Investment: $75 per hour.

PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS

This four session class is all about photo manipulation in Photoshop Elements. Each student will receive a textbook and links to additional information. In preparation, each student will need to purchase and download the Photoshop Elements 15 software. If you already have an older version, no worries. It's available on-line (Amazon) or locally at Bigg's Camera store. The class is most effective if you can bring your own laptop. Contact me to find out when the next class begins.
